plastic washer on cns carb

Anybody have any suggestion's on some kind of replacement for that cheap peice of plastic. Mine broke,but I was still able to make it fit. After my 20min ride my carb was sliding around. I can't tighten the carb anymore, it already has a grade 8hex bolt with t thread lock on it.

Try electrical tape. It creates a better seal anyways. I never did like the plastic seal because I felt like it was causing vacuum leaks.

i'll try the electrical tape for sure! i've tried hose, drilling through a rubber stopper, silicone sealant. even tried to epoxy the plastic ring back together. nothing seemed to work. thought i had this problem solved, then the vacuum leak started again. thanks again guys!
