I'm having a problem with the exhaust studs and exhaust pipe on my Occ Chopper 66/80cc motor ... I have replaced both studs 3 times already using the correct thread and stud and i still have a problem ....

After riding my bike mostly 2 times , one out of the two studs fall out and then the exhaust pipe is hanging by one stud the rest of the way home

I was wondering if there was any other Exhaust Pipe Out there for an Occ chopper or Is there another way of keeping the exhaust on ??

Any help is good Thank You

Five builds and nare a stud problem. I upgrade to metric 8.8, locktite (red) stud in, let dry and torque 6mm to between 50 and 75#. I use double nuts, nylock being a jam nut. Make sure pipe is clear of frame and hung correctly.

Locktite isn't going to help an exhaust stud, because locktite can't handle heat.
