This looks like cool inspiration for a MB build...the engine looks similar to the 110cc 4 strokes popular with chopper builds...what I really want to copy is the fork design...now I know what to do with all those suspension bike parts!!
I am having trouble finding who make the real forks to get a better look at them though.

Those are Jawa speedway bikes. Methanol and no brakes . Bike is ridden in a sideways slide around a short oval. Just google "Jawa speedway"

I've got one of those but it doesn't have the same fork design.
I like the one on the jawas it is so simple.
The fork on my weslake/godden is really cheesy compared to even an early rock shox,
and it has probably less travel.

When time permits,
my goal is to make a MB with a similar tank setup.
Another interesting feature on mine is the frame is filled with oil,
there is a little cap on the top of the frame near the headset.
Obviously not needed on a 2-stroke but would be cool to store oil for refueling or something.

After 30 min. in the shop...tore apart the Mongoose Blackcomb full suspension MTB.The extra bracket material will be cut off after the final setup is figured. The real dirt forks look like the u- shaped fender brace also supports the assembly.I like how the ride height can be set with the setup.I'm sure other parts of the Mongoose will come in handy..
