Clearance problems

I have run into a problem with my Cleveland Welding (Roadmaster) frame. The crank sprocket does not clear the motor mount. I can move the engine up about 3/4 of an inch until it barely clears the straight tube but the sprocket still hits the mount.
Does anyone know if there is a slightly smaller sprocket that works like a Grubee unit with the collar welded on it?
I will most likely grind on the mount a bit but don't want to weaken it.

I actually am running the 206mm SBP sealed bottom bracket with their cranks but that is set up for a front freewheel. I was trying to use this setup with the Grubee sprocket and grind a flat spot in the spindle for the wedge bolt. unfortunately, it runs into bracket.
