I bought a 2010 GT5 from gasbike.net with the new CNS carb. Both of the adjustment screws have red locktite on them and have had the slot filled with some kind of epoxy so you can't turn them. What's up with that?
The throttle operates the needle.
Try unscrewing top of carb and looking at what is connected to cable end.
Clip is on the needle. Grooves are on the needle where clip fit.
