Help.. Broken Bottom engine casing.

Ok i will double check my fuel line and everything. i dont really like messing with the carb too much. My old carb keep overflowing and craped out on me... i tried to rebuilt it but failed.. i couldnt get the float to work right, so i bought a new one. This new one i have is only a few months old and hasnt been used much since my engine was torn apart on the floor for a month. Ill check the external stuff and just keep an eye on it.
