Here's my tribute to the 1901 Indian Motorcycle
known as the "Camelback."
I've been working on it for a while, just wanted
to share.

Thanks C.H.,
I tried to keep it as close to the real one
as possible with my limited shop skills.
I even went with no handlebar controls just
like the original and put an antique carbide
light dated 1896 on for the headlight.

I used clamp on downtube friction shifters that I mounted
to the crossbar. Here's a close up of it.

Wow, you have to look real close to figure out which one's the real deal and which the tribute. Great work!

Nice Aero, I have one that I built last year 1904 copy. That tank was a pain in the butt to make....skills lacking in welding....or filling lots of small holes. Heres a pic of my tank...would you mind showing yours? wow that dont sound right does it?
