HS 142f Governor??

OK, stupid question here. Do the HS 142f engines have governors? Just asking because mine has a small surge in it when it is at higher revs.

So whadaya think?

That surge is it getting into it's powerband. The HS does not have a governor!

Thanks. That's what I thought as I couldn't see any mechanical governor linkage anywhere. I was thinking it might be electronically limited, but it's not.

This is a great little engine!
