I installing my kit on a Huffy Cranbrook I mounted the drive sprocket right on the hub after I took off the coaster brake assembly and the raised cover that holds the bearing ring that the coaster nut
comes up through. I thought this would be a better fit as the sprocket fit so well on the hub
itself and that trying to put the sprocket over the cover would have been greater chance of
misalignment. Right now I have both rubber gaskets in the center on the other side of the spokes.
I know if I put a gasket on either side of the spokes the sprocket will be just flush with the
end of the wheel hub and I don't think the raised cover will not go on as there will be nothing
for it to go over and the coaster nut may be in too far . Should I try this and maybe replace
the raised cover with a flat washer to hold the bearings in? Any other solutions?

thanks in advance,

Peter
