I just started riding my bike again since last summer and my SBP jackshaft kit and bike is acting up. The right side chain falls off continuously and I am in need of a chain tensioner. Is there anyone out there that made one for their bike. I really need some ideas as its hard to find a place to mount off of. I cannot remove a link and cannot raise the entire motor and mount as it is all the way up. It likes to derail when cruising to a stop as well as while i'm shifting through the gears. Any help with jackshaft tips is greatly appreciated. Its great to be back riding.

Pics would probably help, I don't run a shifter bike, but pics of what you have might help some of us see some options that could possibly help you resolve the problem.

how many miles on your shift kit? I would replace the chain and see if that helps.

I'd see if you can't drop the engine a half inch and take a link out. I don't know if you have that kinda room.
