Not really... I think the tires are very soft, or the coaster brake is dragging on mine.
I pedal really hard, and not go faster than 10MPH!

Even the engine can't get the bike past 10MPH. Going to go for the 36T after all.. We'll see...

The coaster brake works like crap; but I have the impression, when I pedal, that it puts up resistance.
Even with the engine pulling. I don't know.
Either that, or the tires are big and not well pumped up (I put ~35PSI in them, 40PSI max according to the tires).

I'd be checking the rear wheel carefully. The ONEX build I did had no such issues.
(although it DID have very tall gearing)

Sounds like an coaster brake problem. Did you ride the onyx before you put the engine on? Maybe the rear coaster brake is what's wrong.

Oh wait, I think I know what you did. The rear wheel, does it spin freely with the clutch in? I think you may have made something tight that shouldn't have been tight, and i think it probably involves you coaster brake. I don't know exactly how they work.

If it's not that, check to see if anything is rubbing near the rear tire bolts.

The bike goes faster than ten MPH stock, so you must have messed up that coaster brake assembly somehow.
