On my new motor kit boy BGF the throttle didn't seem to rotate much.
When I got it to idle great with adjustment on handle bar the adjuster on the carb cap was screwed all the way in. With it all the way in the adjuster stuck into carb an inch or so. This stopped the slide from coming up to the top. With my belt sander I made the adjuster flush with the bottom of cap.
Twice as much throttle rotation Ill have to check it in morning on the road.
