i'm selling mopeds and doing small engine work, but because of illinois laws i need to find kits w engines under 1hp. i can and will sell bigger but they have to be tagged, insured, and the rider has to have a liscenes.
Good luck finding kits under 1hp. The only thing i can think of is model airplane engines come in under 1 hp but doesnt have a kit.
