Hello from Hollywood,FL

Hi Folks,
I'm new to this,I just bought a Hot Shoe Racer from Spooky Tooth with a 4 stroke engine,The bike rides well but I got a question about the tension on the chain.It's hitting the frame when I go slow,is there a proper tension setting?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I will learn more in this forum as the weeks go by and put mileage on this thing.

It's hitting on the top back,I try calling Spoky Tooth but I get the answering machine.Thanks for the info by the way.
