For cheap 2 dollar range it would be ngk b7hs, b6hs and b5hs. 5 if its realy cold out and 6 and 7 for warmer climate. Summer i run a 6 and winter a 5 but thats just me, every one has a preferance. As for benefits, it will be more efficiant because it burns more of the gas by creating a better spark, it should ride a little smoother, start quiker, and will last longer. Hope that helps

You could try a High Performance Spark Plug. They come with 3 Prongs which provides a stronger charge and higher conductivity which makes it more reliable when starting a 2-Stroke.
