Hello all, I'm thinking of buying the dual braking lever I see on a few different sites. However, they all state it is a right handed one. Couldn't I just flip it over to use it on the left side? Am going to hold off buying it until I hear from the forum. But the more I think about it, I do not see why it couldn't be mounted on either side. I could be wrong though, wouldn't be the first time. cvlt1

Sure, you could flip it over and use it on the left side, but then what usually is the bottom is at the top, where the cable end 'lolipops' are, and water could get in there and flow down into your cable housing and cause rust and corrosion to your cables.

So it's really just a cosmetic (and moisture) issue. Function wise, it shouldn't make a difference. Thanks for the feedback.
