Help Recognising this kit

Unfortunately all of the kits look extremely similar to each other. It is really hard to determine who made this particular kit considering that the identification badges are non existent on it. That in itself does not mean that it is a bottom of the barrel kit though. I have 3 (so far so) good kits that have no badges on them. 2 run great, the 3rd I am tinkering with before I install it.

Looks like a rubber grommet is used to seal the exit for the magneto leads...if that's the case it's likely a Flying Horse as that appears to be something unique to them.

My RAW motor has the same rubber grommet as did the one I bought from Zoom and the one I got as a throw in with a bicycle I bought

The one thing I see about that kit pictured is that some parts are missing
