When i disengage my clutch and try to spin the rear wheel with my hand. The wheel only spins 3-4 times. Is this normal?

Should the wheel spins normal like there is no 415 chain attached?

nope, that chain has some real weight to it & drags when the links have to bend around the sprockets

Ditto:

There is a lot of parasitic drag with the chain and clutch components in the engine. It will never spin as freely as without the engine installed. Just the nature of the beast and a product of the mechanics involved.

I dont understand what your trying to say :S

Anyway, is this normal?

If you put an engine on your bike the rear wheel won't spin as free as it did before you put the engine on. It is normal.
