I finally finished installing an 80cc engine kit from BikeBerry. And, it actually WORKS! But, it's kinda noisy and shakes alot. It feels like riding on a weedeater. A whole lotta FUN!

Since this is my first time, I took a month to make sure I did it right the first time. I used KREEM in the tank, as suggested. I'm glad I did. The inside of the tank was rusted.

Taking around the block for the tenth time, the muffler end cap came off and I lost it somewhere on the road. Anyone got a work-a-round?.rd.

Howdy! Welcome to the boards!
If you want a really quiet muffler, check out the spooky tooth one, i couldn't hear it from across the street. Though, you do sacrafice a lot of power to it....

I bolted a large diameter flat washer to the end of the muff. Left space for the exit exhaust. Works great! But, snapped the down-tube engine anchor bolt. Grade 8 1/4" fo' shure, today!
