Like the Prof said, use a rack mount as there is no room for mounting in the frame.
Rack mounted works better than frame mounted on a rear suspension bike, unless you have a really righteous chain tensioner (or two).
An alternative is using an electric hub motor, but you will need to fugure out where to stow the batteries.

Here is an example of a full suspension motorized bike. All parts are off the shelf. No custom work. GT LTS-2 frame, SBP Shift Kit and Expansion Chamber.

A four link suspension system like that GT LTS or Specialized reduces chain tension changes and can eliminate the need for a sophisticated chain tensioner.
