Can any body explain what the difference is between Sine wave and square wave brushless controller's.

No experience with them on bikes, but as a sparky, sine wave is much better.
Will produce better torque.
Make motor run cooler,
Quieter.
Sine wave is generally dearer.
Takes a Microprocessor to create sine wave.
Square wave is just on/off with SCR.
Maybe look up AC motor theory.

i have read and heard the same thing, the sine wave technology is supposed to be awesome on an electric bicycle
I noticed bms battery has both kinds. The 750w sensorless controller is square wave.
