I know I saw pics of one of our members ride with Puch forks. As I remember it had a 1" tube.

I am building a Felt aluminum "aluminum tank" frame. I bought just a frame kit and will be picking and chosing my parts for esthetics as well as strenght and longevity.

One of the themes not yet discarded would use a triple tree suspension. For whatever reason I want it to be chrome, or with polished alloy. I've seen the perfect (in my mind) EBR Puch replacement that I can get in 25.5" to 27" lenghts. The felt tube is 1 1/8 and I believe the Puch is 1" or 25-26mm. What kinds of problems am I looking at?

Your 26" tires should fit fine. Msrfan has used Puch forks on his Briggs builds with 26" tires. To be sure, shoot him a PM. I have Suzuki forks, Tomos and a set of Hercules, all moped forks and all accept the 26" wheel without a problem. All of these are for a 1" head tube. I haven't used them myself, but I understand that you can get shims so that a 1" fork will fit the larger head tube. Sounds like a cool bike...

Hi, guys. I have a question, would moped forks take a bicycle hub?
This looks at a first glance like a bicycle hub, but I am not familiar with hubs:
