The owner of this frame is pretty sure its an old Schwinn frame and my knowledge on frames is pretty shallow. Not hot on the color (even though I rode Kawasaki's for years) but I really like the double bars on it. He has 100 bucks into the frame and thus far he has treated me well on price but I don't want to pay just for the powdercoating lol.

Thanks!
Dan.

it's a 60's Rollfast frame.

i built my first motorbike with the same frame and the two top tubes cracked all the way around near the headtube in about a month.

it'd make a nice bicycle but i wouldn't put a motor on another one.

i can't link it from my phone but search my old threads for "for sale. one slightly cracked rollfast" and you'll find it.

my frame had a single middle tube but it's bascally the same.

Looks just like my mid-70s Western Flyer, which was made my Murray, The frame tubes were pinched at the rear dropouts, rather than brazed or welded.
