Default Modifying a Max Tourque clutch

Someone posted some information on modifying a max torque clutch with levers to make it operate one way to allow pedal starting. Does anyone have that info or a link to it.

How about suppliers for one way bearing clutches.

Thanks"!

Marman Jack Heintz lever clutch on Ebay:

It would be a family heirloom to pass on generation after generation.

It would be nice if someone could reproduce one.

Good Luck,
