Adjustable horizontal dropout extensions with adjusters!

Hi,All.
I got a wild hair today and thought it would be Killer if I could make a set of adjustable horizontal dropout extensions with adjusters.
It'd be to easy to make a set for one specific style of bike so I thought an
adjustable set would be trick!
The adjustable part would be that they would fit bikes that have different angled dropouts and you could still adjust the extensions to be reasonably horizontal.
I figured the adjusters on the ends would be icing on the cake!
Anyone else out there think it's a good idea or am I just amusing myself!
