I am planning on purchasing Bikeberry 49cc 4stroke engine kit. I will be taking the bike on bumpy dirt roads. Should I get the heavy duty engine mounting plate?

Thanks

Hard to say. If you plan to off road a lot, it might be a good idea to step up for the HD plate.
But a lot depends on how you plan to ride.
No simple answer.

I like to error on the side of caution, because of the constant vibration the frame takes when a engine is added. I always get the best parts I can afford.

I agree. I will not use bikeberry again.
One kit, several broken, wrong or missing parts, and a nightmare trying to get them to send me the correct unbroken parts.
Took three months to get one kit straight. A china two stroke kit yet!
That bike never did run right. Sold it at a loss just to get it gone.
