Just something I thought up when doing a case transfer and was putting the Japanese bearings in my ebay bottom end from my dax bottom end. Just take a C clamp and a piece of wood and push em out like nothing! Just thought I'd post this because I didn't have any luck using the search button and hopefully it'll help out someone!

you pres s the outer race into the case on the outer race, by pushing on the outer race. dont line up on the inner race and push it in. itll go out later. also a little heat will push and pull them in a little easier. heat cases races and also get bearings frozen. use a freezer, and after theyre pushed in, spray wd40 on them to soak up any condensation

to press them in, and push on the outer race, or the race that your press fitting, squeezing the bearing into, use like a socket or something and lay it right on the outer race, or whichever your supporting. and if you get the bearings, cases hot enough or cold enough, dont kow if this will work, i tried it with smaller bearings and it didnt work so good, but, ill show you one video. me doing one not right, then doing it right. using a frozen crankshaft, and a hot bearing, putting my crankcase bearings on the crank before freezing the crank and heating the cases to drop it, into the crankcase.
