Alright ladies and gents, I'm almost ready to start my build and I need a question answered once again. In the past bikes that I have built, I have been using 1 1/2x .120 wall dom tubing. I love how the tubing makes my frame stout, but now Im tight on money and I need alternatives. Since I'm going to use DOM tubing, what is the wall thickness of the tubing that y'all use on your bike frames. I'm still considering .120 but .095 and .065 wall seems considerable too.

Here ya go. Knock yourself out. Even at .065", it's still way thicker than bicycle tubing. That stuff is tin can thin.

Hey would you guys recommend using .65 wall DOM on a frame? I would buy .120 wall but I'm low on cash right now and there is a metal warehouse where I'm at.
