Here's a bike that I've been working on for a few months...
It's a 1938 Schwinn that I'm making into a Board Track Racer.

The engine that I built is a little special, it has a custom made 46mm stroker crank that now makes this engine a true 80cc!! (46mm X 47mm)

It's a real sleeper looking at it, because the head has a custom machined chamber for the piston to travel 3mm above the stock deck height! ;)

The engine has a reed valve (& all internal porting for it), 20mm Keihin carb & it will soon have a custom welded expansion from a Honda CR80. (I'm also going to switch the carb to a 24mm Mikuni)

The wheels are Felt 50mm with a 36T sprocket & hub adapter & it will soon have a hydraulic front disc brake.

Its always a treat to see one of your bikes, Venice. Almost makes me want to sell my ebike and go with gas again.
