On my daily bike ride through the country, everything seemed
to be going well. Today when I was approaching an old two story
brick home that looks like it has not been lived in for more than 40
years. A few old buildings way in back and an old barn that is fenced
in and gated all around the property. This is a smooth black top road
and unexpectantly I came upon 20 feet of railroad gravel spread all over
the road. On the outside of the property is a upper portion of a man target
practice poster with a bullet hole through the center of the head. All just
recently put there. It makes me wonder what this person is really trying
to hide. I put one of those smiley face-sunglasses antena balls on top of
a nail, just above the target practice poster and went happily on my way.

There is a very popular motorcycle run close to me . The locals get pretty annoyed with all the loud motorcycles , and the crotch rocket racers speeding down the streets .

well , i guess one local who lives on one of the tighter bends on the road was gonna have some fun and started spreading fine gravel on the road .

you know what the outcome was . a guy and his wife on a harley wiped out , if i remember correctly the lady lost a leg to it .

the local sand speader was arrested a few days later for attempted man slaughter .

morral of the story , call the police and file a complaint , before someone gets hurt

I do not think I will have to file a complaint. The county road commissioner
will be very unhappy from reports by others that have to travel that road to
work or going home. A truck load of railroad gravel can be easily tracked down
from where it came from. This person has already commited to harm someone.
I can easily take another stretch of road and avoid the mental patient releasee
or drug and prescription medication abuser.
