I am currently in an engineering program. I picked a project to design a bike pusher. The only problem is I have to design it to state laws. Here in WA it has to be under 2 hp and under 50cc. This as it turns out is not true for most of the 4-stroke kits. I need to find a 4 stroke engine that is 2 hp or below. Any help would be appreciated!
