Hi... When I flip the switch for the gas to flow, no gas comes out. I press the tickle button gas comes out but when I stop pressing it the gas goes right back up into the tank. It's a 49cc bike engine kit. Any help?? This has been bugging me a lot.

Does it run? The fuel line can appear empty when gas is flowing normally.
The float needle stops flow when the bowl is full.

Ditto: Does the engine run? If so quit worrying about what you see in the fuel line. It is not an indication of fuel flow.

It does run if I keep hitting the tickle button but if I don't it won't run... Also I just put a new carb on.

Did this problem start with the new carburetor?

Sounds like the float is set too high and now allowing the needle to open. Depressing the "tickler" presses down on the float, sinking it, and opens the needle valve. If it only runs after pressing the tickler it means the everything else is good.
Check your float level. How is your carburetor mounted? Is it tilted one way or the other either vertically or horizontally? Is so, how much? Got a photo of it?
