Well...to start with....welcome aboard.

From your headline, it looks like you need help or you're having trouble. You'll find help and good info here.

So give us some details. We've got a good notion of what bike you have. Now we'll need to know just what engine you've got.

And tell us what sort of trouble you're having. You'll get answers.

Good luck.

Welcome to the community. You're a little vague with your thread title and the content of your first post.
As was stated above we'll need more information if 'help' is what you're asking for.

We do have a forum sponsor who specializes in the Schwinn choppers. Check down the sides of this page and look for 'OCC Stingray Specialists'. They are called, Pedalchoppers. here is a link> http://www.pedalchopper.com/diy-build-your-own-pedalchopper-kit/

Good luck.

Blue thanks. Have 66cc new dax 2 stroke motor in stingray. motor mounted and aligned. Preformance head ordered from vender because stock head lost a cooling fin in shipping. Vender also sent a replacement stock head for replacement. Installed the preformance head and torqued 8mm head bolts to 15 ft lbs. Motor has so much compression I cannot petal and pop-clutch to spin over. I can remove plug and motor will rev cylinder up and down. Have stock plug NanJing Z4C- M14-11 and spark when held to head by hand while petaling. Would prefer better plug but not able to cross to a preformance plug but I have to get motor started first. Vender says piston could be hitting head and suggested possibly a thicker head gasket but since motor does spin with plug out and no hitting noise I am questioning this. dMaybe I should reinstall stock head and see if that gives me less compression so I can get motor to rev up while petaling. Thanks Mike
