im going to get some sprocket adapters, and i need to know what my hub size and model is. Where do i find that out?

Well.... I'd look at the hub for any markings or get some micrometers and start measuring.

my back hub is the same as the front. the wheels could be interchangeable if it weren't for the sprocket.
