my motorized bike quit on me today as I was riding. Had to stop at a light, started to peddle, let loose the clutch and I had no electrical start, no sound nothing. I checked the wiring (all good), the spark plug was fine. Inside the casing was a small amount of fluid (gas/oil). I even went so far as to replace the ignition box. And still no power. This is my only means of transportation so is very important for me to have running.

Welcome to the forum, if I understand your post you let out the clutch and the engine does not turn over. If that's the case I would start with the woodruff keys, you have one under the engine sprocket one under the big gear and one under the small gear. Remove the right side cover and pedal to speed and release the clutch , if nothing turns check the sprocket key. If its one of the keys on the clutch or crank gears you should see which it is, if both are turning check the small gear key.
