i ordered this NGK Iridium CR7HIX http://www.amazon.com/NGK-CR7HIX-Ir...TF8&qid=1357106098&sr=1-1&keywords=ngk+cr7hix
When it came the spark plug in the box is a NGK BKR4ESA-II. It came in the correct NGK Iridium IX box but the plug has much wider threads and clearly doesnt seem to be an iridium series plug. I was going to send it back to amazon and request another because they packaged the wrong plug but i just wanted to make sure that is actually the case and that i didnt just order the wrong plug?

It definitely sounds like you got the wrong plug in the box.
The CR7HIX has identical threads both in width and length, is slightly taller overall than the factory plug, and highly recommended.

just get an ngk stock plug its better than the one that comes with it from china.. expensive plugs dont do anything with these motors..

you want power you get a bigbore carb from terryblow at blowbyu.net

and add a bigger jet next size up like i did from him as well...

and the ngk

its all you can do to these things.. dont buy the cam upgrade it will be hard to tune.. i did nothing but trouble the carb is stock off a honda gx 200 i think fits perfectly

ngk shoudl cost you 4 bucks just go to a lawnmower shop
