After years of secretly lusting after Italian alloy, I've gone and done it... scrimped and saved and scratched up enough for a S6T morini motor and a tuned pipe...
Heres the bike its going in-

The shops ready, the billet metal stock cut to rough dimensions and stainless steel hard ware obtained, this ones going first class all the way...
The build starts as soon at the engine arrives!

Are you going to be able to ride without law problems?
Not meaning to disuade you but nothing with a motor is legal here unless it has a plate on it.
My bike has been made into a moped ( bought a bakset case Puch with reg.).
There is no cc limit though. And no inspection until you get to the 3rd level of moped.
DMV website has the rules listed.

Thanks Professor...
50cc's or under
20 mph or under (!... might as well run a 31cc 4 stroke friction drive...)
Are "legal" here, a license, lights and a plate are required for anything over that, the paper works in the works! But it costs.
Yet another case of the government sticking its greedy nose were it doesn't belong.
RIDE DIRTY!
