nice score! looks ready to me. take your time and do it right. hopefully, the motor will fit without having to modify your chain guard. i had to cut a bit off of a 1930's chain guard, and later down the road i figured i didn't really have too. oh well...

The thing that struck me funny when I bought the bike for $15 the seller said "you know that bike is worth a lot of money" ?
But he also sold me a bunch of NEW power tools in thier boxes for five bucks ea. At first I thought he was just selling empty tool boxes. Crazy world!
