Any one got one of these i want to use it on front wheel , but i see the locking nut and (barrel thingy cannot think what it is called ) are wrong way around the back one is right way up but this is not can it be swopped around , and do you get long bolts for this is well

its this one or the Odyssey 1999 Caliper Brake trying to find out whats best but the 1999 one sold with lever and cables etc and i dont want them parts just the brake part.
