I was there last night-

I put up a thread some time ago about getting a pair of these pedals- mine were blue annodized- while I was working in a bike shop about 1982. I think I paid about $20 for them then and they've gotten all kinds of money on ebay-

NOS Shimano DX Red Pedals Old School Vintage BMX 9/16" | eBay

There have always been cheap knockoffs, usually much heavier and clunky looking, and I see Shimano now puts out a silver mountain bike DX set for $80 or more shipped.

But there they were at Wal-mart- on some kiddie MX bikes- not the real thing of course, but looking VERY close as far as I could tell- in red annodized-very nice

maybe they'll sell them separately soon.

sorry- didn't notice how much the bike was- probably well under $100

Stay Rad, hole shooters!

I put DX tributes on my bike, manufactured by a company called Demolition. Allen screws included, $30 a set, unsealed.

Almost dumped my bike first few time trying slide a foot off a pedal lol Yeah they don't slip and definitely smooth and stable like the original :D
