The Macargi Pantera 7S makes a pretty good base for a 66cc jackshafted shifter and a popular style here in the Phoenix area.
Besides the regular embellishments this customer build sports a back rack that has available collapsible metal side baskets for $30 each, a keylock ignition, a 1200 Lumen 4.7V CREE LED headlight and flashing tail light, and an old school analog speedometer.
And anyone that knows my work knows I am almost anal when it comes to handlebar comfort and cables, and this build had a lot of handlebar cables...
BMX foam grips, 7-speed rotary shifter and clutch on the left, SBP dual pull brake lever for dual V brakes and throttle on the right.
In short a nice comfortable low budget ride for those long commutes, especially with hills.
