I'll definitely keep following this thread, as for an Oregon rider of a 66cc bike, I'd like to try and stay out of trouble!
I figure if I'm ever stopped I'll just say it's a "cool looking 33cc engine", but I still get nervous around the authorities. I usually kill my engine just to play it safe and hope they just ignore me. >_>
