Just bought this from wildfirepowersports on fleabay, It looks nice, upgraded
socket head cap screws and I've never seen a jug made in one piece before
not that I've seen everything made:)
I'll take it apart tonight and see what the insides look like.
My question is how much power difference will I see over my 49cc?
and please don't say 9cc LOL:)

The Robin ECO4E 40cc engine which your engine is a copy of, produces 2.0 hp @ 7k rpm. My guess is the 49cc would produce 2.2 hp. Of course, the amount of hp depends upon the intake and exhaust, as well as other performance factors. Look at the hp produced by the 26cc Zeonah.

Looks like a standard CAG pocketbike motor. They are fairly hot little mills but the few I've messed with were nothing but trouble to keep running. I don't work on them at all anymore after getting scre*&^ed a few times trying to repair them.

I was wondering about that, but for $50 new I thought why not
haven't decided yet what it will go on.

Just don't be too surprised if it quits the first day and NEVER runs again....
Seriously, these things drove me nuts and I have 40+yrs of two stroke experience.
$50 bucks will buy several boxes of them here locally.
EVERYONE who repairs scooters and pocketbikes has a room full of broken CAGS.

Hey i bought it on a whim, am I going to cry about it? NO

My sister hates anything made GE, my GE alarm clock is 43 years old and
still works great, I don't often listen to experiences because they are much
like opinions and you know what they say about them! lol :)

I've always wanted a PVC project maybe this will be it.

as far as being surprised about anything, hey if Angie Joline can have them
cut off from fear of cancer, NOTHING SURPRISES ME ANYMORE LOL
Thanks for the input maniac57, I'll keep that in mind

CAGS broke my heart. I wanted to play with them SO BAD and they kept dying before I could kill them.
Pay special attention to the reeds for best results.
I did have one last a few days and it ran like stink while it ran....

I'll keep that in mind. the one thing that puzzles me is the carb sitting at bottom
of piston, how does the fuel get to where it should be?

These are case induction motors. The charge goes down into the crankcase and is drawn up through transfer ports where the HT's are port induction.

Spin it hard enough and it can instruct you in metal fatigue and physics too!
Also helps improve your language skills by making you crave new ways to curse the designers.
