throttle stuck!

GoldenMotor.com
i was trying to tune my motor today and i have found the idle adjustment screw needs to be turned in more, when i turn the screw in the throttle gets stuck and when i back the screw off it becomes unstuck, also my motor runs but when i give it gas it bogs out and when i throttle down it starts again, i think its a tuning issue but i cant tune it because the dumb throttle keeps getting stuck. help:-||

What carburetor do you have?
Telling us that it is the one that came with the engine won't help. It is probably either an NT or the CNS.

If the spring is missing from the idle screw?, it can turn in too far & the screw will hit the carb needle & hold it from moving! (& even bend it).
At this point you should fully disassemble the carb & inspect it for damage. :/

I don't understand venice....the spring is not missing from the idle screw.... I have a stock nt carb 2door, it does not matter now as i was trying to bend back the pin and it broke mainly because i do not know jack about these engines, so now im screwed :(.....thanks.
