4G T-belt transmission rubs against my clutch bell?

I just got a new 4G T-belt complete kit with the 142f engine, and when I put the transmission onto the engine, the freewheel/belt drive rubs and comes to a stop against the clutch bell when I turn it. I dont know whether or not its bent and i should send it back, or if i just dont have it tightened correctly?
