the second annual RAT BIKE RODEO presented by the PEDAL GRINDERS bicycle club will be held saturday oct second in galt ca. This year added is a full bicycle show with many different classes including motorized, mild kustom, full kustom, restored original, muscle bike, chopper, kids bike, chick bike and more. there is a swap meet for those selling and trading kool parts and bikes. there is a raffle filled with neat stuff from tires, to handlebars, grips even a full kustom pinstripe job, and the grand prize a schwinn stingray!!! but what the RAT BIKE RODEO is known for is it's competitions including slow drags, barrel racing, and the infamous skid contest. added this year are kids classes to the skid and barrel racing! show classes are just 5 bucks per bike to enter and there is first and second to each class. the comp racing is free just sign up at the gate. gates open at 8 am competitions start at 10 am. for info call 209 570 7872 or email for more info and directions.
