LOl I love it. That is pretty bogus. I'm not familiar with NYC laws, and I don't know exactly where he was riding( was he crossing traffic it turn left? just cruising in a lane? merging to avoid an obstruction?) But that sucks. I did like the bit where he crashes into the cop car. I would fight the ticket and use that in court just to make a stink.
