And besides that I have 20 yrs experience working on bikes. All I really need to know is if the 415 chain will work on a bmx freewheel.
20 years and you need to ask that question? Really? :p

410 (BMX) is 1/8" between side plates

415 is 3/16" between side plates

41 is 1/4" between side plates

All will work on BMX freewheels, because they all have the same pitch.

Actually yes aleman. All the work I've done with chains is buy the one labeled "single" or "multi" speed, size accordingly and center the wheel. I can LOOK at the 415 and know that it will wrap around the freewheel but I wasn't sure if it would stay on. I personaly have been using the same bmx chain for 5 years. I can top out around 38 and I haven't had the FIRST issue with the chain.

I never finished it but bought a BMX hub for a #41 chain. So I can't swear it will be fine, but some one will know.

Thanks Dan. I really just want a freewheel in the drive line. I live about 2 hours from staton Inc and the parts are no more than $35 so....and I really can't see the point of another one way.
Anyone know where to get a 12t freewheel and output shaft???
