That is a Firmstrong Urban Deluxe Stretch Cruiser I'm almost 100% certain!
It's the same bike that Greenline Bicycles discontinued here the Green Line Version:

I stand corrected it's a Greenline Stretch Cruiser and it has been discontinued by Greenline Bicycles in California, USA.
It is still available from Firmstrong Bicycles in California.
