Hot or cold?

Look at the electrode for whether it's too hot or too cold. You should see a definite line on the electrode from flame travel. Mid way is where it should be. Take a look at this page:

Great detail of your fingerprint lol. Hard to tell, but it looks kind of sooty and that may be showing signs of detonation if those are aluminium specks on the outer ring.

By just looking at it from that picture it looks right. That's about the right color for a 2 stroke. The only way you'll really know is to put a fresh plug in it and ride it hard at wide open for a bit, then shut it off and cool the engine. Pull the plug, cut the threads off with a saw, and read the ceramic base. Also you'll be able to note the ground strap burn mark better (shows the heat range)
